To start off with, Bengal people are great worshippers, of every possible god, but, only "conditionally"!!! And, to add to their twenty eight thousand one hundred and sixty nine gods, they have yet another god!!!

For a Bengali, nothing in the world, can be as good, as it is, in Bengal!!!
Be it the Howrah Bridge, or, the comedy circus at Writer's!!!
Born, and brought up, in Bengal, I did have my share of ingredients!!
In the growing years, like every other child, i was fond of holidays! And, Bengal has some fifty three-and-a-half festivals, round the year!!
And, we had another state "festival", that came over again and again, at least, a dozen times, a year!!!
Bandh!!!
Bengal and bandh were like conjugated twins!!!
